To be eligible for the Postpone non-profit discount, your non-profit organization must be: (1) registered as a charitable organization; and (2) not be one of the following:

1. School, college, and university
2. Hospital or healthcare organization
3. Political organization or Governmental entity, agency, or organization
4. An individual

Not every organization will meet our eligibility requirements to qualify for Postpone's non-profit discount. Postpone sets these guidelines and determines an organization’s qualification at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant or deny an organization’s application or participation at any time, for any reason, and to supplement or amend our eligibility guidelines at any time.

Postpone reserves the right to decline any application and/or revise the eligibility criteria for a nonprofit discount at any time, each in its sole discretion, provided that no organization’s non-profit discount will be revoked during its fully-paid subscription term. The non-profit discount cannot be applied retroactively for current Postpone users.
